The Next STEP was designed based on the understanding that by increasing the meaningful interactions between students and faculty, students are more successful and have a more positive undergraduate experience. Each initiative remains true to this core value through the activities and encounters of program participants. Students and faculty from Truman State University, Metropolitan Community College, Moberly Area Community College and St. Charles Community Colleges participate in The Next STEP initiatives in a variety of capacities.
