Launched in Fall 2004, The Next STEP announced it’s first call for Faculty Research Mentors for the 2005 Summer Undergraduate Research Experience. Faculty from Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, Computer Science, and Agricultural Science responded with over forty-five opportunities for collaborative research. The number of potential projects has grown each year since.
