Research Interests
I'm primarily interested in coordination chemistry, but with a biological twist. I focus on making new ligands that, when coordinated to a metal, can mimic biological molecules. My primary interest is in modeling hemoglobin and myoglobin.
Biographical Sketch
I'm a Missouri native that has never strayed too far from home. I graduated with my B.S. in Chemistry across the state at Northwest Missouri State University. I then left the state (barely) and attended graduate school at the University of Kansas.
